Terms of Use & Acceptable Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses CatalogueGen (operated by Designerfist) to create or manage an online catalogue (“you”, “your shop”). By using CatalogueGen you agree to them.
1. Your catalogue, your responsibility
You are responsible for everything in your catalogue — the products, descriptions, prices, images and any claims you make. You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the items you list and to use the images and content you upload.
2. What you must not list
You must not use CatalogueGen to advertise or sell anything that is illegal, restricted or prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: counterfeit, replica or stolen goods; recalled, unsafe or non-compliant products; weapons, ammunition or offensive weapons; drugs or controlled substances; tobacco, vapes or alcohol sold unlawfully; live animals; adult or explicit material; and anything that infringes another party’s trademark, copyright or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful to sell where you or your buyers are based.
3. Comply with the law
You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your business and your buyers — including consumer-protection, trading-standards, product-safety, labelling and data-protection rules.
4. Our right to review and remove
To keep the platform safe and lawful, CatalogueGen may review any catalogue at any time — including password-protected ones — and may edit, hide, remove or suspend any listing or shop, with or without notice, if we believe it breaches these terms or the law. Password protection controls which of your buyers can view your catalogue; it does not limit our right to review content hosted on our platform.
5. We are a showcase tool, not the seller
CatalogueGen provides software to display your catalogue and let buyers enquire. We are not a party to any sale, contract or transaction between you and your buyers. Payment, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds and disputes are entirely between you and your buyer.
6. Keep your listings accurate
You are responsible for keeping your catalogue accurate and up to date — including prices, availability and product details.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account or shop if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or where necessary to protect the platform, other users or the public.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use CatalogueGen means you accept the current version.
